MISSION
Mission Statement
Adventist School Bouchrieh is a Seventh-day Adventist mission school dedicated to the ideal of providing high quality education in an environment concerned with the harmonious development of the spiritual, mental, physical, and social development of the students. It intends that its pupils recognize God as the source of all human knowledge and build a meaningful and fulfilling relation with him. It challenges its pupils to develop personal direction in their own lives, be good citizens and be responsive to the needs of the others.
LOCATION
Located in the Maten area, Adventist School Bouchrieh provide its students with a campus that is 19600 m2 wide where they can enjoy a healthy atmosphere and a productive environment. The school facilities are built with the benefit of our students in mind in order to offer them a chance to utilize the sports and recreation area to best of their need.
CURRICULUM
In addition to fulfilling the requirements of the Lebanese program, Adventist School Bouchrieh (BASS) provides its students with an all-round education and analytical skills crucial to a smooth transition into the higher education.
Arabic is the first language taught at BASS, whereas English is taught as its first foreign language and French as its second. Information Technology is well integrated into our programs, Computer Assisted Instruction is an integral part in achieving the academic goals of the school. Students are exposed to the latest trends in Information technology at all levels.
BASS is divided into 5 Divisions:
- Preschool ,
- Lower Elementary (Cycle 1: Grade 1 – 3),
- Upper Elementary (Cycle 2: Grade 4 – 6),
- Intermediate ,
- Secondary .
Classes start at 7:35 a.m. and ends at 2:20 p.m. The day is divided into 7 periods (of 50 minutes each) separated by two recesses. The weekly timetable includes at least one activity session per day such as sports, music, martial art, computer, art and dance.
